returns and refunds


Reimbursement policy (SAQ) : In conformity to SAQ regulations, we offer a one-year warranty against any defect for products sold by private order. A defective product can only be refunded. In order to exercise the warranty, the client must submit a request to a point of sale or to the SAQ Customer Service department. This warranty is not applicable to products considered apt and no refund will be authorized by the SAQ, in the latter case. The SAQ does not accept any return of products that are not defective.

A defective product can only be reimbursed. In order to benefit from this warranty, the client must address their request in an SAQ retail location or to the SAQ customer service.

If one of our products is defective, we would love to know. Consequently, we ask that you send an email directly to info@terroir-imports.com and that you include your order number. We would love to help guide you through the steps outlined by the SAQ with regards to reimbursements in the case of defective products.

***Please note that agency fees are non-refundable and that all sales are final.

Price adjustments : Unfortunately, we do not offer any price adjustments if you have purchased a product that subsequently went on sale OR if the purchase was made prior to the product being featured in a special offer.
